Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup dried diced mango
- 1/3 cup sugared coconut shreds
- 2 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/3 apricot jam
- 1/4 dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/8 tablespoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon salt for taste
How To Make:
- Put all the rolled oats in baking sheet and bake them at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes until they become golden brown
